Legal & Licensing:

FOR PERSONAL USE - Sharing of files is prohibited--each title is licensed for personal home use only.  Files may not be shared by physical or electronic means (including but not limited to printing, copying, screenshotting, electronic transfer, or scanning) partially or in full. We ask that each person who wants a copy of an ebook, to please purchase a copy.  Abide by the copyright terms printed in each book.

FOR CLASSROOM USE - A one-time purchase classroom usage license is available for the Shamai Kids Keep The Feasts series ONLY. For use by schools, churches, homeschool groups, etc. More details coming.

 

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, refunds and returns cannot be offered.

All sales are final for ALL products, including but not limited to:

• digital products
• physical products
• pre-order products

For technical issues or refund claims, send an email through our Claim Form below and include your date of purchase and order number.

If a unique circumstance arises which may warrant a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Order Cancellations:

Digital products are immediately delivered and cannot be cancelled once the order is approved and submitted by the customer.

Our clothing and merch is made and shipped by a third-party. Once the order is approved and submitted by the customer, it will immediately enter the queue for production and cannot be recalled. Be aware that shipping dates may take up to 6 weeks during high volume seasons.

Make sure your device has an updated Adobe PDF file reader.

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you create a shop account at check out so you can access your downloads at a later time.

Be sure to enter your email CORRECTLY at checkout.

Take care to write your login information in a safe place for reference later.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

Read the sizing guide for each product and select the appropriate size according to your own measurements. We recommend using a measuring tape to confirm your measurements be fore purchase.

Be sure to enter your billing information, shipping information, and email correctly AT CHECKOUT.

Your receipt will be available for printing at checkout and by email.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our digital goods are delivered (1) on the Order Confirmation page at purchase, (2) through the customer's store account, and (3) a link provided in your thank you email.

You can download each file purchased from delivery options (1) and (2) a combined MAXIMUM of 5 times.  After which your access will expire.  This number cannot and will not be extended or reset.

All physical goods will be shipped to the address indicated at checkout.  Failure to enter the address correctly is not the responsibility of Shamai Book Company (“SBC”), and customers purchasing physical products agree to not hold SBC responsible for misdelivery due to this error.  If a package is sent back for any reason, we can resend it to you for an additional shipping & handling charge.
