The Shamai Tribe is our email list where subscribers will get exclusive coupons and notifications. We do not SPAM--but on occasion we do resend an important email. You will get your first email within an hour of signing up AND confirming.

 

Q: I signed up for the Shamai Tribe. Why am I not receiving any emails?

A: Signing up is a two-step process. (1) Enter your name and email into the form. Click "subscribe". (2) Access the email address you signed up with and open the subject line "Important:confirm your subscription" email.  Click the blue "Confirm your subscription" button.  Now, you are all set!

 

Q: I used the wrong name/email address--what do I do?

A: Simply resubmit your information along with any corrections, the unconfirmed email address will be deleted after 90 days.

A: An excellent resource for new believers! This is best for those who want a basic breakdown of the biblical feasts. This provides a great introduction to the biblical calendar and the who, what, when, where, how and why of each feast. This is not a deep theological dissertation--it is meant to be a reference guide that is beneficial for the whole family!

 

Q: You know the menorah on the cover of the "Keep The Feasts 1st Edition" ebook has the wrong number of branches, right?

Q: What qualifies as a digital product?

A: Digital products are files that are sent in a one-time electronic transfer to the customer. The products may then be printed or accessed electronically in accordance with the agreed upon Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase. This includes: eBooks, planners, guides, eGift cards etc.

 

Q: What type of software/program do I need to access my digital content??

A:  Our content is prepared in a PDF format. Your device must have a compatible PDF reader (Adobe is recommended).

 

Q: I forgot my coupon code--can I still use it?

A: I'm sorry, but no. All sales are final. Codes MUST be applied before the payment is submitted and confirmed. If possible, save the code for a future purchase.

Q: When will my book arrive?

A: As indicated throughout the site, we currently offer mostly ebooks and other digital resources. They must be downloaded onto a device with a compatible PDF reader (Adobe is recommended). There is no physical copy to be shipped UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED (i.e. Hebrew Planners).

 

Q: When will I get my preordered hard copy?

A: Information about shipping dates for preorders is located and updated directly on the product page. Status update emails are also sent to anyone subscribed to receive emails from Shamai Book Company. Once your product has shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No. Physical products are only available in the U.S. at this time. There is a $4 flat shipping fee for books.

 

Q: How do I access my digital product?

A: As of right now, you will receive it three ways: (1) An instant download button on the order confirmation screen, (2) An email with a download link, and (3) if you create a store account you will be able to access your purchases from your customer account.

 

Q: I submitted my payment--what next?

A: Once you submit your payment, the confirmation screen will generate a blue button that says "Access Digital Content". Be patient as it may take a few seconds to appear. Click this button to instantly access your digital product. You will also receive an email with a download link.

 

Q: I can't download anymore. What happened?

A: You have a maximum of 5 downloads available. This number can and will not be increased. Please be aware of how often you download.

 

Q: I used the wrong email address when completing my order--how can I change it?

A: It is important to carefully review and confirm your details BEFORE submitting your order. In the event a mistake still happens, send an email through our Contact Page within 24 hours. Let us know your (1) first name, (2) date of sign up, (3) order number AND confirmation number, (4) incorrect email address, (5) address you want to change to. We will process your request as soon as possible. Please see our SUPPORT HOURS below.

 

Q: How do I send an eGift card?

A: Electronic Gift Cards, or eGift cards, are delivered by email to the purchaser who can then forward the link to the desired recipient. The email will contain instructions to redeem the card at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

 

Q: How do I redeem an eGift card?

A: Open the email and find the code. Redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. 

The checkout display will show one of the following: (1) if the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then click Complete order, (2) if the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

 

Q: My t-shirt is too big/small--how can I send it back for another size?

A: All sales are final. Our shirts are custom printed for each customer and shipped through a third-party service and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please consult the sizing chart on each product listing and confirm your measurements prior to submitting your order. Be aware some some sizes may run slightly larger or smaller than stated.

 

Q: Why doesn't the color does not match the online photos?

A: Screens are a funny piece of technology. Screens are backlit and therefore show colors to usually be much more vibrant than the product received will actually be. Please be aware of this when placing your order.
